Mahatma Gandhi

In the article, dated 26-11-1938, published in the HarijanGandhi writes: "Palestine belongs to the Arabs in the same sense that England belongs to the English or France to the French. It is wrong and inhuman to impose the Jews on the Arabs... Surely it would be a crime against humanity to reduce the proud Arabs so that Palestine can be restored to the Jews partly or wholly as their national home."




Betty Williams

At the time she received the Noble Peace Prize, Betty was working as a receptionist and raising her two children. An inspiration to millions, Betty Williams supports the freedom of Palestine and has signed a letter calling for military embargo on Israel.

Rigoberta Menchú

The Guatemalan Noble Peace Prize laureate is a supporter of peace and extended her support for the cause of military embargo onIsrael. She is currently the UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador.





Stephen Hawking 

The living genius Stephen Hawking boycotted the Israeli president's conference in 2013, in protest of the occupation of Palestine byIsrael. He is a supporter of the BDS movement and supports academic boycott of Israel.
